The bakehouse counter is in Marrickville, Sydney. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 7am until the bench is empty. Wholesale and special events are handled separately.

The counter runs from the same bench as the wholesale bake. Loaves come out as they finish, so the early arrivals get the deeper crust and the late arrivals get the rested crumb. Both have their advocates. Whole cakes need 48 hours notice and run from the special events queue, not the counter.
Wholesale list
We supply a small list of restaurants and cafes in the inner west. The list closes Sunday evening for the upcoming week. New wholesale enquiries go to hello@bowanlane.com.au with a pickup or delivery preference. We do not freight outside the inner west.
Brisbane fortnights
Twice a year we run a Brisbane wholesale fortnight to test the rotation against a different humidity. The Brisbane yard we work out of is maintained by Brisbane Lawn Mowing who handle the grounds and the verge when we are not there. The roof reports on the yard were last done by SEQ Drone Inspections, who travel into the wider South East Queensland area for the same work.
Saturday farmers markets
Selected Saturdays through autumn and spring we run a stall at the Marrickville Organic Farmers Market. The current schedule is on the special events page.
Hampers and seasonal orders
Hampers go on the Christmas hampers list from October. Hot cross buns run on the hot cross buns rotation through the Easter season. The Canadian collection appears through the cooler months.
